  Dear self Is okay to not be okay Some days are dark some days are light . Is okay to feel bad , but never forget that i appriciate your strength  You stood up againt all odds  Fought the voices that whispered in your head saying your worthless , Dont beat yourself  up, you can never be enough for everyone Dont give up as yet , you are just too close to the finishing  line You conquered  all Won againt deppression and anxiety.
